 2nd  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

III  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of  Virginia Goodwin  consisting of a  house and lot situate on the  West side of Middle Street  between County and Crabb Streets in the City of Portsmouth Va is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions- viz:-

1st The property will be turned over to Virginia Goodwin  upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages of the property- or rents which may have been accrued.

Corfrew, Administrator of William Doyle decd  with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions Viz.-
