2nd That nothing in this is construed as entitling him him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

II  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Alexander E. Etheredge, consisting of a tract of land, situate in the Parrish of St. Brides, in the County of Norfolk Va, is restored to him, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Circular No 15. C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions- Viz:-
1st The property will be turned over to Alexander E. Etheredge, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued. 

III So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Virginns B. Bilisoly M.A. consisting of a tract of land, situated in Norfolk County Va, on the Western Branch adjoining the land of Adam Payne and others, also a tract of Swamp land, situated in Norfolk County

Va, bounded by the lands of Adam Payne and others, also a tract of land situate in Norfolk County Va. on the western branch adjoining the land of Thomas Brooks, Sr. decd, and others, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Circular 15, C.S.- War Dept. Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions- viz:-
1st The property will be turned over to Virginns B. Bilisoly, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

IV. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of George Loyall, consisting of the lot and tenement, No 88, East Main Street, in the City of Norfolk Va, is restored to him. with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions- viz:-
