Sam C. White, consisting of a farm situate near Yorktown Va. Known as "Temple Farm", is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Circular No. 15. C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. and A. L. and upon the following conditions,-viz:-
1st The property will be turned over to Sam C. White, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

VI So far as any jurisdiction of the Bureau extends over it, the property of Mary Savage and J. F. S. Mitchell, consisting of a farm, situated in Nansemond Parish Va. adjoining Bernard's Mill, and the land of Wm B. Whitehead, and known as the "Savage and Mitchell Farm", is restored to them, with all the rights and privileges' of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8. Cir. 15. C. S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A. L. and upon the following conditions viz, - 
1st The property will be turned over to Mary Savage and J. F. S. Mitchell upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties of any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for

damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

VII So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Henry Hopkins consisting of a house and lot situate at the Southwest corner of County and Effingham Streets, in the city of Portsmouth Va. is restored to him, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions- viz:-

1st The property will be turned over to Henry Hopkins, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

VIII So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Ann Elza Berry, consisting of two double brick tenements, situate on Charlotte Street, in the City of Norfolk Va. is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions - viz:-
1st The property will be turned over to Ann Eliza Berry, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.
