IX  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Willoughby Dozier, consisting of a farm, situated in Princess Ann County Va, and known as "Newtown," is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Cir 15, C.S. War Dept, Bureau R.F & A.L. and upon the following conditions - viz:-

1st  The property will be turned over to Willoughby Dozier, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 

2nd  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

I  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Jane O. Bayly, consisting of a farm situated in Northampton County Va, and known as "T.B." is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8, Circular No 15, C.S. War Dept, Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions, viz:-

1st  The property will be turned over Jane O. Bayly, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued. 

II  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of A. J. C. Sigourney consisting of two houses and lots, situated on the north side of Bute Street, in the City of Norfolk Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, - viz:-

1st  The property will be turned over to A. J. C. Sigourney, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 

2nd  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued. 

III  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of James Barron Hope, consisting of a lot of land, situated in Hampton Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Circular No 15. C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions - viz:-
