I So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of
Henry H. Elliott, decd, consisting of a tract of land, situated, lying and being in Elizabeth City County Va, and bounded by the lands of Thompson, Anderson and Phillips, is restored to Rebecca Elliott. wife of Henry H. Elliott, decd, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8 Cir No 15. C.S. War Dept, Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions- viz:-
1st The property will be turned over to Rebecca Elliott, Wife of Henry H. Elliott decd, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 
2d That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

II So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Lucy P. Coke, consisting of a farm situated in Holland Swamp, Princess County Va, is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Circular No 15. C.S. War Dept., Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions- viz:-
1st The property will be turned over to Lucy P. Coke, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists,
2nd That nothing in the order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued. 

III So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Thomas J. Corfrew, consisting of the house and lot No 48. Bermuda Street, in the City of Norfolk Va. with all personal property, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions- viz:-
1st The property will be turned over to
