extends over it, the property of William E. Taylor, consisting of a lot, piece or parcel of land with the dwelling and other houses thereon, situated, lying and being in the City of Norfolk Va. and bounded as follows- on the South, by Bute Street, on the East by Yarmouth Street, on the North by York Street, and on the West by Dunmoor Street is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions- viz:-
1st The property will be turned over to William E. Taylor, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exist.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation or damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

V.  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of  
S.G. Tinsley, Thomas Tinsley and A Tinsley, consisting of two farms, known respectively as "Lansdowne" and "Briarhunt," lying upon King's Creek, York River and Felgates Creek, in York County Va, with all personal property, is restored to them with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Cir. No 15. C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions- viz:-
1st The property will be turned over to

Keefe, consisting of the house and lot, No. 31. on the north side of Main Street, in the City of Norfolk  Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions- viz:-

1st The property of Rev. M.O. Keefe will be turned over to him upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

II  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of William S. Tompkins, consisting of two lots of land, situated in the town of Hampton Va. is restored to him, with all the rights and privileges of ownership
