2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.
II So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of James H. Custis, situate in Accomac [[Accomack]] Co Va. held by this Bureau as abandoned lands, and which has not been libelled [[libeled]] for confiscation, in the U. S. District Court., also to that against which the proceedings in said Court, shall have been dismissed, with all personal property, is restored to him, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8. Cir No. 15. C. S. War Dept. Bureau R. F & A. L. and upon the following conditions viz: 

1st The Property will be turned over to James H. Custis, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

III  So far as any jurisdiction of the Bureau extends over it, the property of E. W. Hudgins of Dinwiddie Co. Va. held by this Bureau as abandoned land and which has not been libelled [[libeled]] for confiscation in the U. S. District Court and also to that against which the proceedings in said Court have been dismissed

is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8 Cir. No. 15, C. S. War Dept. Bureau R. F. and A. L. and upon the following conditions viz: 

1st The property will be turned over to E. W. Hudgins upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order can be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

IV Capt. J. A. Blake, 3rd Pa H Atty, is hereby relieved from duty in this Bureau and will report to the Commanding Officer of this Regiment. He will turn over to Capt. C. B. Walder, A. Q. M. & Supt. all books and papers in his possession, belonging to the Bureau.

V.  Private Benjamin Sump Jr. 3rd Pa H. Artillery is hereby relieved from duty as these Head Quarters, and will report to the Commending Officer of his Regiment without delay.
