I....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of W.C. Miner and Sam H Miner, consisting of a tract of land, containing about four hundred (400) acres, situated on Mulberry Island, Warwick County, Va, and known as "Liberty Hall," with all the personal property, is restored to them with all

the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Circular No 15. C.S. War Department, Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions, Viz: 
1st - The property will be turned over to W.C. Miner and Sam H Miner upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 
2nd - That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. 
II...Par. 5. Special Orders, No 68. C.S. from these Head Quarters, restoring the property of William Allen, near Williamsburg, Va, is so changed as to read "King's Mill Farm," instead of Oring's Mill Farm.
