ownership, upon the following conditions, Viz;
1st- The property will be turned over to Ann McRea upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.-
2nd- That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.-

II....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John D. Myrick, consisting of the House and lots No's 26 and 28, West side of Market Square, in the City Norfolk, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, Viz;
1st- The property will be turned over to John D Myrick upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.- 
2nd- That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.-

III....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of R.T.K. Bain, consisting of a house and lot situated on the South side of King Street, in the City of Portsmouth, Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, Viz;
1st- The property will be turned over to R.T.K. Bain upon the expiration of the lease to any third parties or parties, if any exists.-
2nd- That nothing in this order be construed

William W Vest, Williamsburg, Va, held by this Bureau as abandoned land, and which has not ben libelled for confiscation in the U.S. District Court, also that against which the proceedings in said Court have been discussed, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8, Circular No 15. C.S War Department, Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions, Viz;
1st- The property will be turned over to William W Vest, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.- 
2nd- That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.-
