or, rents which may hear accrued
II... So far as any jurisdiction or this Bureau extends over it, the property of John K. Cooke, consisting of a house + lot, situated in the apart of Portsmouth Va, called [[?]], is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions viz: 
1st the property will be turned over to John K Cooke upon  the expiration of the lease, to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued. 
III.....So far as any jurisdiction of the Bureau extends over it, the property of Wm. Ham, consisting of a lot of land, situated on the south side of Queen Steel, Hampton Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions viz:
1st The property will be turned over to Wm. Ham upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists. 
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation, for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

IV... So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Henry W. Buchanan, consisting of two lots of land, situated in the town of Hampton, Elizabeth City County Va, is restored to him, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of the 8 Circular No. 15, C. S War Dept. Bureau R.F.& A.L. and upon the following conditions viz:
1st The property will be turned over to Henry W Buchanan, upon the expiration of the lease, to any third party, or parties, if any exist. 
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. 
V... So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Catherine Beckenbaugh, consisting of a House and lot, situated in the town of Harpers Ferry, Jefferson County Va. is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions viz:
1st The property will be turned over to Catherine Beckenbaugh upon the expiration of the lease to any third
