So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John M Beaver, consisting of a house and lot, situated on the north side of [[Masiner?]] Street, in the city of Norfolk Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions viz:
1st The property will be restored to John M Beaver, upon the expiration of the lease, to any third party, or parties, if any exist.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents, which may have accrued.

Bureau extends over it, the property of William A. Gregory, consisting of a tract of land, situated in Prince George County Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No. 15. Par 8.C.S. War Department, Bureau R.F and A.L. and upon the following conditions viz:
1st The above mentioned property will be restored to William A. Gregory upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists. 
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John McPhail, deceased, consisting of two houses and lots, on Reids lane, and one house and lot on Union Street, all situated in the city of Norfolk, Va, is restored to the [[?]], John B.
