restored to Jane Dye, his widow, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Dept. Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions Viz:-

1st The property will be restored to Jane Dye, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists-

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

I. Botetourt County, Va, is hereby detached from the 6th Dist. Bureau R.F. and A L. and attached to the 7th Dist. Bureau R.F and A.L.

The Asst. Superintendent will hereafter report to Captain R.S. Lacey, A.Q.M. & Supt. 7th Dist. Lynchburg, Va. 

II. Captain Lacey, A.Q.M. & Supt. 7th Dist, will receipt to Captain W.S. How, A.Q.M. and Supt. 6th Dist. Bureau R.F. and A.L. for all Bureau and Q.M. property, in possession of the Asst. Supt. of Botetourt County.

I. The following named Officers having reported in compliance with Par. 16, S.O. 623, Series 1865, War Dept. A.G.O., are hereby ordered to report in person, without delay, to Captain Stuart Barnes, A.Q.M. and Supt. Bureau R.F. & A.L., 2nd Dist. State of Va, Petersburg, Va, for assignment to duty — to relieve Officers whose regiments have been ordered to be mustered out of service -

Captain J.W. Sharp, 22nd Regt. V.R.C. 

II. The following named Officers having reported in compliance with Par. I. S.O. 120, War Department, Bureau R.F. and A.L. Series 1865, are hereby ordered to report in person, without delay to Captain A.S. Flagg, A.Q.M. and Supt. Bureau R.F. and A.L. Norfolk Va, for assignment to duty — to relieve Officers whose regiments have been ordered to be mustered out of service -

Lt. W.L. McDaniel, 15th Regt. V.R.C. 

III. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Jefferson B. Sinclair, consisting of a tract of land, containing six hundred acres, more, or less, situated in the County of Elizabeth City, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War
