Circular 15, War Department, Bureau R.F. and A.L, Series of 1865, and upon the following conditions - Viz:

1st The property will be restored to Thomas Lee Shippen, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

II. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John Gammel, consisting of a lot of land, situated in the town of Hampton, Elizabeth City County, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F. and A.L, and upon the following conditions - Viz:

1st The property will be restored to John Gammel upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

III. . . . Lt. Col. Garrick Mallery, 3rd. Regt. V.R.C., is hereby relieved from duty as Inspector of 4th and 6th District, Bureau R.F. and A.L, State of Va, and appointed Inspector of 1st, 3rd and 9th Districts, Bureau R.F. and A.L, State of Va, with his Head Qrs. at Richmond, Va.

I. . . . The following named Officers having reported in compliance with Par. 2, S.O. 13, War Department, Bureau R.F. and A.L, are hereby ordered to report in person, without delay, to Captain T.F.P. Crandon, A.Q.M. and Supt. Bureau R.F. and A.L, 4th Dist Gordonsville, Va, for assignment to duty - to relieve Officers whose regiments have been ordered to be mustered out of service.
