Special Order 
No. 30.

I . . . So far as any jurisdiction of the Bureau extends over it, the property of Robert R. Ritchie, consisting of a tract of land named "Indianfield", containing Eight hundred and forty two acres, more, or less, situated on York County, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Circular 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R. F. and A.L, and upon the following condition - Viz:

1st The property will be restored to Robert R. Ritchie upon the expectation of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

II. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mrs. Rebecca M. Worrell, deceased, consisting of a house and lot situated at the corner of Freemason and Norfolk, Va, is restored to William G. Hardy and others, with all the sights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions - Viz:

1st The property will be restored to William G. Hardy and others, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

III. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Thomas A. Hardy, deceased, consisting of a tract of land, containing Fifty acres, more, or less, situated in Norfolk County, Va, and a house and lot situated No. 54, Freemason Street, City of Norfolk, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, Bureau R. F. and A.L, War Department, and upon the following condition - Viz:

1st The property will be restored to Thomas A. Hardy, upon the expiration of the lease, to any third party, or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.
