Special Order
No. 31.

I. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John Blackadder, consisting of a lot of land, with appurtenances, thereon, situated in that part of the City of Portsmouth, Va, called Gosport, is restored to Peter Hammil, Agent, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions - Viz: 

1st The property will be restored to Peter Hammil, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists. 

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the owner to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

situated on Ches-Conessex Creek, Accomack County, Va, is restored to them, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir 15, Series 1865, War Dept, Bureau R.F. and A.L, and upon the following conditions - Viz: 

1st The property will be restored to J.J. Wise, and the heirs of Geo. D. Wise, deceased, upon the expiration of the lease if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

I. . . . Lt. J. F. Wilson, Asst. Supt, Bureau R.F. and A.L, Goochland Co. Va, having brought to Richmond, Va, two prisoners under the charge of murder, and turned them over to the commanding officer of Libby Prison, to be confined until tried before a Military Commission, is now ordered to rejoin his station at Goochland, C.H. without delay.
