compensation for damages to the property to rents which may have accrued.
V...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John Emmerson and others, consisting of a house and lot, situated at the South East intersection of Crawford and Queen Streets, Portsmouth, Va, is restored to them with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions --Viz:
1st. The property will be restored to John Emmerson and others, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.
2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.
VI... So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Benjamin H. Cockerell, consisting of a tract of land, situated in Prince William County, Va, is restored to them with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Sec. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F. and A.L and upon the following conditions --Viz:

Having complied with is instructions he will return to these Head Quarters without unnecessary delay.
