of William C. King, situated in Hampton, Elizabeth City County, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F. and A.L., and upon the following conditions, Viz:

1st. The property will be restored to William C. King, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

III. . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Thomas D. Warren, consisting of a lot of land, with buildings thereon, situated on Freemason, Bute and Botetourt Streets, in the City of Norfolk, Norfolk Co, Va, is restored to John E. Doyle, Agent, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, Viz:

1st. The property will be restored to John E. Doyle, Agent, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists._

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the owner to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued. -

I. . . . Lt. Col. Garrick Mallery, Inspector 1st, 3rd, and 9th Districts, Bureau R.F. and A.L., Va, is hereby ordered to proceed to King William C.H., King William County, Va, for the purpose of investigating Bureau affairs._

The same having been completed, he will return to these Head Qrs, without unnecessary delay.________

II. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Eliza Watts, Ellen Watts and Thomas Watts, consisting of a lot of land situated in the town of Hampton, Elizabeth City County, Va, is restored to them with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F. & A.L, and upon the following conditions. Viz:
