III. Quartermaster's Funds will be turned over under the directions of Brvt Brig Genl W.L. James Chf. QM.Dept. of Va.

IV.... Capt and Brvt Maj T. F. P. Crandon A.Q.M. is hereby relieved from duty as Supt of 4th District Bureau R.F and A. L, State of Va. he having been mustered out of service.

V. Capt and Brvt Maj W. R. Morse V.R.C. is hereby assigned to duty as Supt of 4th District Bureau RF and A.L, State of Va. Head Quarters at Gordonsville Va. to relieve Brvt Maj T.F.P Crandon A.Q.M, who will turn over to him all Quartermaster's Stores, Camp and Garrison Equipage, Bureau property and Funds, as also all books and papers appertaining to his office. 

VI Quartermaster's Funds will be turned over under the directions of Brvt Brig Genl W.L. James Chf. Q. M. Dept of Va.
