II. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it the property of George W Brooks, consisting of a Steam Engine and boilers, situated in Norfolk County, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions - viz.

1st. The property will be returned to George W. Brooks, subject to the lease thereon.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

III. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Virginia A. March, consisting of Houses and lots No. 4 and 6, Avon St. City of Norfolk, Va, is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, viz:

1st. The property will be restored to Virginia A March upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damage to the property, or to rents which may have accrued

IV. Surgeon J.J. De Lamater. Chf Medical Officer, Bureau R.F. & A.L. Va, will at once proceed to Norfolk, Va, for the purpose of inspecting the Medical Department of the Bureau at that place. 

The same having been completed, he will return to these Hd Qrs without delay.

I. Captain Stuart Barnes is hereby relieved from duty as Superintendent of 2d District, Bureau R.F. & A.L. State of Va. he having been mustered out of service.

Capt Barnes will turn over to Brvt Maj Geo. Q. White Chf Q.M. & Financial Agent Bureau R.F. & A.L. State of Va. all Quartermasters' Stores, Clothing, Camp and Garrison Equipage, Bureau property and funds.

II. Brvt Maj T.F.P. Crandon, Civilian Agent is hereby assigned to duty as Superintendent of 2d District Bureau R.F. & A.L. Head Quarters at Petersburg, Va. to relieve Capt. Barnes, who will turn over to him all books and papers appertaining to his office.

III. Quartermasters' funds will be turned over under the direction of Brvt Brig Genl W.L. James Chf Q.M. Dept. of Virginia
