VIII  So far as any Jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Hugh N. Page, consisting of a house and lot, situated on North Street, Portsmouth, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, viz:

1st  The property will be restored to Hugh N. Page upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

I  Lieut Edward Murphy, V.R.C. having report in compliance with Par. 2. S.O. No 1. C.S, Head Qrs, Supt. 3d District, Bureau R.F. and A.L. Richmond, Va, will at once proceed to Fort Monroe, Va, reporting on his arrival to Genl S. C. Armstrong, Superintendent, 5th Dist, Bureau RF & AL for assignment to duty.

I  Captain W P. Austin, V.R.C. Superintendent 1st District, Bureau RF & A.L. will transfer to Captain T. G. Whytal, A.Q.M, 5th District, Bureau, RF & A.L, Fort Monroe, Va, all public property for which he is responsible in the counties of Accomac and Northampton.
Capt Whytal will receipt for the same. 

II  Bvt Maj W. R. Morse, Superintendent, 4th District, will turn over to Major James Johnson, Superintendent, 6th District, all public property in the Counties of Spotsylvania and Caroline. Maj Johnson will receipt for the same.

2nd  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.
