July 30th 1866

I  Lt J Arnold Yeckley V.R.Co is hereby relieved from duty as Asst Supt Petersburg Va. and assigned to duty as Ass't Supt Prince George County with Head Qrs at City Point

II  Bvt Maj John W. Jordan will in addition to his duties as Ass't Supt of the Counties of Cumberland and Prince Edward, assume charge of the County of Buckingham

III  Lt James Drysdale V.R.C. is hereby relieved from duty as Asst Supt of Greenville Co and assigned to duty as Ass't Supt of the Counties of Amelia and Powhatan with Head Qrs at Amelia Court House

IV  1st Lt F. M Kimball V.R.C. will in addition to his duties of Asst Supt of Brunswick Co. assume charge of the County of Greenville

V  Capt J. W. Sharpe V.R.C. will in addition to his duties as Asst Supt of Surrey County, assume charge of the County of Sussex
Capt Sharpe will move his Head Qr's from Surrey C.H to Sussex C.H.

VI  Lt W. F. De Knight V.R.C. is hereby relieved from duty as Asst Supt of Amherst Co and assigned to duty as Asst Supt of Franklin County with Head Qrs at Rocky Mount

VII  Lt Issac P. Wordell [[Wodell]] will in addition to his duties as Ass't Supt of the Counties of Appomattax [[Appomattox]] and Campbell assume charge of Amherst County

VIII  Bvt Maj G. B. Carse will in addition to his duties as Ass't Supt of Rockbridge County assume charge of the Counties of Alleghany and Bath

IX  Capt John O'Neil will in addition to his duties of Asst Supt of the Counties of Washington Russell and Buchanan, assume charge of the Counties of Lee Wise and Scott

X  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John H. Thompson consisting of a house and lot situated on County St. Portsmouth Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, viz-

1st-  The property will be restored to John H. Thompson upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exist

2d  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued

XI  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau [[strikethrough]] exists [[/strikethrough]] extends over it, the property of Edmund Berkeley consisting of a tract of land situated in Prince. William County Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Par 8 Cir 15 Series 1865 War Department Bureau R F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions viz-

1st-  The property will be restored to Edmund Berkeley upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exist

2d  That nothing in this order be construed as
