XII  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends the property of Thomas✓ ✓Curtis, consisting of two tracts of land, consisting of (198) one hundred and ninety eight acres and four hundred (400) acres more or less - situated in Warwick Co. Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Par 8 Cir 15 Series 1865 War Dept Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions- viz-

1st  The property will be restored to Thomas Curtis upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exist

2d  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued

XIII  Bvt Maj George ✓Q.✓ White Chf Q.M. and F.A. will proceed to Norfolk Va. and Fort Monroe Va. on business connected with this Bureau - The same having been completed he will return to the Head Quarters without delay

I  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it the property of Mary ✓A. ✓Willis deceased consisting of two lots of land situated in Hampton Elizabeth City County Va. is restored to William ✓H. ✓Curtis Administrator with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Par 8. Cir 15 Series 1865 War Department Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions  viz-

1st-  The property will be restored to W. H. Curtis Administrator upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists

2d  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the owners to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued

II  Leave of absence for (10) Ten days is hereby granted to 1st Lieut Isaac P. Woodell [[Wodell]]✓✓ V.R.C.
