156 [[left margin]]Special Order No 126[[/left margin]] 16th August 1866 I Leave of absence is hereby granted Captain N. M. Brooks V.R.C. for 10 (Ten) days, to go out of the department II So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Edward W. Dunn consisting of a house and lot, situated on Bart Street Portsmouth Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions - viz 1st The property will be restored to Edwd W. Dunn upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists 2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued III So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of George T. Townsend, consisting of a house and lot situated in that part of the City of Portsmouth called Newtown, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, viz- 1st The property will be restored to George T. Townsend upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists 2d That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued IV So far as any jurisdiction of the Bureau extends over it, the property of Elizabeth Lee 157 consisting of a tract of land, situated in Warwick County Va. is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Cir. 15. Series 1865 War Dept Bureau F.R. and A.L. and upon the following conditions viz- 1st The property will be restored to Elizabeth Lee upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists 2d That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued By order of Major Genl Schofield, Asst Comr J. Labb consisting of a house and lot situated on South street Portsmouth Va is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions viz- 1st The property will be restored to A.M. Labb upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exist 2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued II. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it the property of Sarah U Muder Mary I Howard Sarah I Kerr and Richard B Muder. heirs of Nathaniel J. Muder deceased consisting of two tracts of land each containing ten (10) acres situated in the County of Northhampton Va is restored to William G Riley their attorney. with all the rights and privileges of
