Hereafter officers of the Bureau will lease all offices or other property required for Bureau purposes, by the month, with the privilege of retaining the same for one year.
The leases will be made in Triplicate and forwarded to these Head Quarters for approval.-

I...A Board to consist of the following named officers, is hereby appointed to meet tomorrow at 10 o'clock A.M. or as soon thereafter as practicable, to fix the amount of rent, and the time for which rent should be paid by the Bureau R.F. and A.L. for the property of John G. Andrews, known as the Naval Laboratory, situated on Oregon Hill, near Richmond , Va. formerly occupied for School purposes.-
