I. . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mary A. Crumbaker consisting of a tract of land situated in Loudon County Va., is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Par 8 Cir 15, Series 1865, War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions, viz

First. The property will be turned over to Mary A. Crumbaker upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

Second. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. -

In cases when the immediate surrender of animals as required by General Orders No 11, current series, Head Quarters, Department of the Potomac, would subject the parties holding them to serious inconvenience, the officer having authority to receive the animals may permit the parties now holding them to retain them until orders shall be given for their final disposition. 

But in all such cases the animals will be reported to these Head Quarters as if they had been surrendered.
