I. . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John W. Fairfax, consisting of two tracts of land, situated in Loudon County, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Par 8. Cir 15. Series 1865, War Dept Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions viz 
1st The property will be restored to John W Fairfax, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

II. . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Jacob U. Manning deceased consisting of a tract of land. situated in Loudon County, Va is restored to Mrs C.A. Roach and the other heirs, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirement of Par 8, Cir. 15. 1865. War Dept. Bureau R.F. and A.L, and upon the following conditions viz.
1st The property will be restored to Mrs. C.A. Roach, and the other heirs, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exist.
2d That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the heirs to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Joseph Sugars consisting of a tract of land, situated in Loudon County, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Par 8. Cir 15. Series 1865. War. Dept. Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions, viz-

1st The property will be restored to Joseph Sugars upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

Dept Potomac, at Fort Monroe Va. for further orders He will turn over to Bvt. Lieut. Col Ira Ayers Jr Captain V.R.C. all property, books and papers pertaining to his office.

VI. Bvt.Lieut. Col. Ira Ayers Jr. Captain will in addition to his duties as Asst Supt of Hanover Co. Va. assume charge of the County of King WIlliam, Va, reieiving  Frank A. Butts Asst Supt. from whom he will receive all property, books, and papers pertaining to Bureau afairs in the County.
