I. Bvt. Maj: George Q. White. Captain. and A.Q.M. Chief Q.M. and F.A. Bureau R.F. and A L. Dept. of the Potomac will turn over to Miss Jane Stuart Woolsey Supt. Industrial School. Richmond Va. one thousand (1000) Osnaburg Shirts for gratuitous issue to destitutes.

Special Orders No. 13.

I. Leave of absence to go out of the Department is hereby granted the following named officer, for twenty (20) days with the privilege of applying for an extension of Ten (10) days, to take effect from Feby. 5th 1867.

II. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it the property of John A. Ring, deceased consisting of a lot of land with building thereon, situated in the village of Occoquan Prince William Co. Va is restored to Montravill Cornwell administrator with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions viz:

1st. The property will be restored to Montravill Cornwell administrator upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the owners to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

III. That portion of the farm of Mr Wm. E. Taylor situated in Norfolk Co, Va occupied by Freedmen, and for which this Bureau has assumed the rent for the past year, including all not at this time in possession of Mr. Taylor is hereby restored. This Bureau will not be responsible for rent of, or damages done to said property from this date Captain W.P. Austin Supt. will aid Mr. Taylor in removing such Freedmen as he (Mr. Taylor) does not wish to remain.

I. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of I.W. Newton consisting of a building situated on Newtons Wharf in the City of Norfolk, Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, viz.

1st. The property will be restored to I.W. Newton, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

III. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau
