Surg. De Lamater. Lt. Schreiner. Capt. Lee. Lt. Chase. [[/left margin]] I.. 2nd Lieut. W. S. Chase, V.R.C, having been relieved from duty in this District, will turn over to his successor Capt. E. B. Gates, V.R.C, all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in 4th Div. 10th S. Dist, comprising the Counties of Fauquier and Prince William, Va. [[left margin]] Maj. Genl Howard. Maj. White Surg. De Lamater Lt. Schreiner Capt. Lee Capt. Gates [[/left margin]] II.. Capt. E. B. Gates, V.R.C., having reported for duty in compliance with Par. I. S.O. 112, C.S. Hd. Qr. Bureau R.F. and A.L, is hereby assigned to duty as A.S.A. Comr, in charge of the 4th Div 10th S. Dist, comprising the Counties of Fauquier and Prince William, Va, with his Hd. Qrs at Warrenton, Va., relieving 2nd Lieut W.S. Chase, V.R.C, from whom he will receive all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the above named counties. Capt.
