I.. Mr E.M. Webber, Inspector of this Bureau will proceed to Alexandria Va. for the purpose of inspecting the condition of Bureau affairs at the place.- This duty being performed he will return to these Head Qrs: without delay.-

II.. The Head Quarters of 1st Lieut George P. Sherwood, A.S.A. Comr, in charge of the 7th Division, 5th Sub-District Va. is hereby changed from Drummondtown Va, to Eastville Va.

III.. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of H.C. Whiting, known on the land records of this office as the property of Ned. Rudd, consisting of a lot of land, situated in the town  of Hampton, Va. is restored to H.C. Whiting, with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions. viz:-
1st, The property will be restored to H.C. Whiting, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.-
2nd, That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.-

Tennis, known on the land records of this office as the property of James Menson, consisting of a lot of land, situated in the town  of Hampton, Va. is restored to T.S. Tennis, with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions. viz:-
