Howard, known on the land records of this Office, as the property of Mrs. Cook, consisting of a lot of land situated in the town of Hampton, Elizabeth City County Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, viz: 1st the property will be restored to Wm S. Howard, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists. 2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. [[/left margin]] Genl. Howard Mr. Walker Col. Lee [[/left margin]] V.. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John W. Minor, deceased, consisting of a tract of land, situated in Loudoun County, Va, is restored to James M. Walker, administrator, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Circular, 15th, Series 1865, War Dept. Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions, viz: 1st. The property will be restored to James M. Walker, administrator, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the heirs to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents, which may have accrued. [[left margin]] Genl. Howard Mr. Taylor Capt. Lee. [[/left margin]] VI.. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Sanford J. Ramey, deceased, consisting of 157 three (3) tracts of land, situated in the County of Loudoun, Va. and a lot of land with building thereon, situated in Leesburg Loudoun County Va, is restored to James E. Taylor, administrator, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department Bu: R.F. and A. Lands, and upon the following conditions, viz: 1st. The property will be restored to James E. Taylor, administrator, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the heirs to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents, which may have accrued. [[left margin]] Genl. Howard Mr. Mott Capt. Lee. Mott, consisting of a lot: of land situated in the town of Leesburg, Loudoun County Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, Viz: 1st. The property will be restored to A.R. Mott, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 2nd.
