I.. So far as any jurisdiction on this Bureau extends over it, the property of John W. Bronough consisting of a lot of Land, with building thereon, situated in the town of Lovettsville, Loudoun County, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, viz:

1st The property will be restored to John W. Bronough upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

II.. So for as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John F. Simpson, consisting of a tract of land, situated in the county of Loudoun, Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8., Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R. F. and A. Lands and upon the following conditions, viz.
1st the property will be restored to John F. Simpson upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents, which may have accrued.

Assistant Sub- Assistant Commissioners, and Agents of this Bureau will hereafter make a careful Personal inspection of all Freedman's Schools within their respective Divisions, at least once in two months, and make a special report of the condition of each School. This inspection and report will not only cover the Schools supported by the benevolent societies of the North, but will include All private independent Schools for Freedmen whether taught by Freedmen or white persons.
