I.. Par. I. Special Order No. 129, C.S. from these Head Quarters is amended so as to read Joseph, W. Bronough instead of John, W. Bronough.

II.. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Hannah Lewelling consisting of a tract of land, situated in the County of Warwick, Va., is restored to W.P. Lewelling, her husband, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8., Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F. and A. Lands, and upon the following conditions, viz:

1st. The property will be restored, to W.P. Lewelling, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties if any exists.
2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

Officers in the military service, doing duty in this Bureau, who are ordered to be mustered out, January 1st 1868, will continue in the performance of their present Bureau duties as Civilian Agents.
Agents in charge of Divisions, will report all cases requiring the action of a Military Commissioner to the Military Commissioner of the Division in which such cases arise.
