V.. J.W. Sharp, Esqr, Agent in charge of the 6th Division, 7th Sub. Dist, Va., (comprising the Counties of Rockbridge, Alleghany, and Bath) is hereby relieved from duty in this Bureau, and will turn over to his successor L.W. Stevenson Esqr, Agent, all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the above named Division.

Sharp Esqr, from whom he will receive all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the above named Division.

I.. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of George Massenburg, deceased, consisting of three (3) lots of land, situated in the town of Hampton, Elizabeth City County, Va., is restored to W. H. Curtis, Administrator, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, viz:

1st. The property will be restored to W.H. Curtis, Administrator, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any, exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the heirs to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.
