IV. . Mr George W. Graham, is hereby assigned to duty as Agent in charge of the 3rd Division, 11th Sub. Dist., Va (comprising the County of Mecklenburg), with his Head Quarters at Boydton, Va., relieving Mr Newton Whitten, from whom he will receive all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the above named Division._
Mr Graham will report, by letter, to John W Jordan, Officer in charge of the 11th Sub. Dist, at Farmville, Va., for further instructions._
