Leave of absence, to go out of this District, is hereby granted to the following named officer for twenty (20) days, viz: - 2nd Lieut. W.H. Sloan, 11th U.S.I. Maj. Genl. Howard Capt. White Surg. De Lamater Maj. Morse 1 Lieut Vinal Col. Chalfin II. . 1st Lieut W.H. Vinal, 11th U.S.I., is hereby relieved from duty in this Bureau as A.S.A. Comr., in charge of the 4th Division, 4th Sub. Dist., Va., (comprising the Counties of Madison and Green) and will turn over to his successor, Mr. William Crea, all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs, in the above named Division. Maj. Genl. Howard Capt. White Surg. De Lamater Maj. Morse Mr. Crea III. . Mr. William Crea having been appointed an Agent of this Bureau, is hereby assigned to duty as Asst. Sub. Asst. Comr. in charge of the 4th Division, 4th Sub. Dist. Va., (comprising the Counties of Madison & Green) with his Head Quarters at Madison C.H. Va., relieving 1st Lieut W.H. Vinal, 11th U.S. Infty., from whom he will receive all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the above named Division. Mr. Crea will report by letter to W.R. Morse, S.A. Comr., 4th S.D. Dist., Va., (comprising the County of Halifax), and will turn over to his successor Mr. William Nutt, all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the above named Division. Maj. Genl. Mr. Wm Nutt, having reported for duty in compliance with S.O. 18 Par. 3, War Department, Bureau R.F. and A Lands, dated February 5th, 1868, is hereby assigned to duty as Asst. Sub. Asst. Comr., in charge of the 4th Division, 11th Sub. Dist., Va., (comprising of the County of Halifax) with his Head Quarters at Halifax C.H., Va., relieving 2nd Lieut David P. Scott, 11th U.S. Infty, from whom he will receive all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the the above named Division. Mr. Nutt will report by letter, to J.W. Jordan, Esqr., Sub. Asst. Comr., 11th S. Dist. Va., at Farmville, Va., for further instructions. Maj. Genl. Howard Capt. White Surg. De Lamater Col. Johnson Lt. Sears III. . Hector Sears, Asst. Sub. Asst. Comr., is hereby relieved from the charge of the 2d Division, 6th Sub. Dist., Va., (comprising the County of Caroline), and will turn over to Frederick S. Tukey, Agent, all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the above named Division.
