I. Edward. M. Webber, Inspector, Bur. R.F. and A.L, Dist. of Va., will proceed without unnecessary delay, to Leesburg, Winchester Staunton, Lexington, Lynchburg, Farmville, Burkeville and Petersburg, Va., for the purpose of inspecting the affairs of this Bureau at those places. This duty being performed, he will return to these Head Quarters without delay.-

I. Thos. P. Jackson, A.S.A. Com'r, is hereby relieved as A.S.A. Com'r, 4th Div. 9th Sub Dist, and assigned to duty as Sub. Asst. Commissioner of the 11th Sub. Dist. of Virginia, with Head Quarters of Farmville, Va., in the place of John W. Jordan, Sub. Asst. Com'r, who is hereby relieved.

II. John W. Jordan, Sub. Asst. Com'r, 11th Sub. Dist. of Virginia, on being relieved by Thos. P. Jackson, Sub., will proceed without unnecessary delay to take charge of the 4th Div. 9th Sub Dist with Head Quarters at Stanton, Va., as the A.S.A. Com'r of that Division replacing by letter to J.A. McDonnell, Sub. Asst. Com'r, 9th Sub. Dist, for further instructions.

III. John W. Jordan, A.S.A. Com'r, and Thos. P. Jackson, Com'r, will transfer all records from the respective Districts, from which they were relieved, to the Officer relieving them, taking weight therefor.___

IV. R. M. Manly, Superintendent of Education, Dist. of Va., will proceed, without unnecessary delay to Charlottesville, Va., for the purpose of inspecting the condition of schools at that place. This duty being performed
