I. . J. F. Wilcox, A.S.A. Com'r Bur. R.F. and A.L., Va., is hereby relieved from duty as A.S.A. Com'r 2nd Div. 2nd. Sub. Dist, and assigned to the 5th Division, 6th Sub. Dist, with Head Quarters at Heatheville, Va. reporting by letter to James Johnson, Sub. Asst. Com'r, 6th Sub. Dist., Va., for further instructions.

II. . E. W. Busby, A.S.A. Com'r, Bur. R.F. and A.L. Va., on being relieved by J. F. Wilcox, A.S.A.C., in compliance with Par. I, of this order, will report in person to the Sub. Asst. Comr., 2nd Sub. Dist, at Petersburg, Va., for assignment to the 2nd Div. of the 2nd Sub. Dist, with Head Quarters at Waverly Station, Va.

III. . The officers relieved by this order will transfer all books, records, and public property pertaining to the Bureau, to the officers relieving them, taking receipts therefor.
