I.  . B. F. Shaum, A.S.A.C, in charge of the 5th Division / comprising the Counties of Bedford and Botetourt, 7th Sub. Dist, Va., having resigned his position, is hereby relieved from duty in this [[left margin]] X [[/left margin]] Bureau, and will turn over to his successor, J. F. Wilcox, A.S.A.C, all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the above named Division.-

Shaum, from whom he will receive all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the above named Division.-
Mr. Wilcox will report by letter to R. S. Lacey, S.A. Com'r, 7th Sub. Dist, Bur. R.F. & A.L. Va., at Lynchburg, Va., for further instructions.-

Dist., at Fredericksburg, Va., for further instructions.-
Mr. Busby will turn over all books and papers pertaining to the 5th Div., 6th Sub. Dist., to his successor F. W. Haskell, A.S.A.C.-

Dist, Va., with Head Quarters at Heathville, Northumberland County, Va., relieving E.B. Busby, A.S.A.C. from whom he will receive all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the above named Division.-
Mr. Haskell will report, in person, to James Johnson, Sub. Asst. Comr, 6th Sub. Dist, Bureau R.F. and A.L. Dist. of Va., at Fredericksburg, Va., for further instructions.-
