Webber, Inspector, Bureau R.F. & A.L, Dist. of Va., will proceed without delay to King William County, Fredericksburg, Tappahannock and Warsaw, Va., for the purpose of inspecting the affairs of this Bureau at those places._ This duty being performed he will return to these Head Quarters.
