R.F. & A.L, will proceed without delay to Staunton, Lexington and Lynchburg, Va., on business for the Bureau. He will return to his proper station on the completion of the duties required of him._ By order of Bvt. Brig. Gen'l O. Brown, Asst. Com'r Will A. Coulter Bvt. Capt. U.S. Army A.A.A.
