I. .  Par. 1, S.O. No 60, C.S, from these Head Quarters is hereby revoked, except so far as it relates to the Cos. of Alexandria & Spottsylvania._

II..  Edmund M. Webber, Inspector Bur. R.F. & A.L, Dist. of Va., will proceed without delay to the Counties of Stafford, King George, Essex, Westmoreland, Richmond, Northumberland, Lancaster, Matthews and Gloucester, and to Yorktown, Hampton and Fort Monroe, Va., for the purpose of inspecting Bureau affairs in those Counties and places. This duty being performed, he will return to these Hd Qrs._

III.  .  Bvt. Maj. Garrick Mallery, Capt. 43rd U.S.I, V.R.C, A.A.I. Gen'l, Dist. of Va., Bur. R.F. and A.L, will proceed without unnecessary delay to Winchester, Va., for the purpose of inspecting Bureau affairs at that place._ Having completed this duty he will return to his proper station._
