Bur. R.F. & A.L, is hereby relieved from duty as A.S.A. Com'r, 3. Div, 9. Sub. Dist., and will transfer all books, records and property pertaining to the Bureau, to Bvt. Lt. Col. W. F. Lynch, Capt. 42. US. Infty., V.R.C_ On complying with this order he will report by letter to these Hd Qrs._
