Genl Bureau R.F. & A.L, Dist. of Va will proceed without unnecessary delay to inspect the condition of Bureau affairs at Fort Monroe, and in the Counties consisting the 5th Sub. Dist., Bur. R.F. & A.L, Dist. of Va. This duty being completed he will return to these Head Quarters._

R.F. & A.L, Dist. of Va_ All property retained by Major Remington as Bureau Agent will be receipted for in memorandum to the Chf. Quartermaster &c., Bur. R.F. & A.L, Dist, of Va._

K. W. Ayres, A.S.A.C._
