R.F. & A.L, Dist. of Va, and will establish his Hd Qrs at Appomattox C.H, Va, reporting by letter to R. S. Lacey, S.A.C, 7. S. Dist., at Lynchburg, Va, for further instructions. Lieut. Nesmith will transfer all books and records, relating to the Counties of Amherst & Nelson, to the Agent ordered to relieve him._
