Webber, Inspector Bureau R.F. & A.L, Dist. of Va, will proceed without delay via Harpers Ferry, Va, to Winchester, Woodstock, Leesburg, Manassas and Gordonsville, Va., for the purpose of inspecting Bureau affairs at those places._ This duty being completed, he will return to these Hd Qrs._
