R.F. & A.L, Dist. of Va., will proceed, without delay, to Bacon's Castle, Surrey County, Va., for the purpose of investigating the outrage upon James Taylor, teacher of that place, on the night of October 30. 1868._ On completion of this duty, he will return to his station, and make a full report of all facts in the case to these Hd Qrs._
