The 3rd & 4th Divisions, 7th Sub. Dist., are hereby consolidated and will be known hereafter as the 3rd Div., 7th Sub. Dist., with Head Quarters at Martinsville, Va.

The 5th, 6th & 7th Divisions, 7th Sub. Dist., will hereafter be known respectively as the 4th, 5th & 6th Divisions.
