5. 1st Lieutenant W. L. Robinson, 22d U.S. Colored Troops, now on detached service at Newport News, Virginia, is hereby relieved from duty at that post, and will report in person, without delay, to Colonel O. Brown, 24th U.S. Colored Troops, Assistant Commissioner, Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, Richmond, Virginia.
