31.  1st Lieutenant Alexander Smith, 16th New York Heavy Artillery is hereby detailed for duty in the Bureau of Refugees Freedmen and Abandoned Lands and will report without delay to Captain Stuart Barnes Ass't Quartermaster and Sup't of Refugees Freedmen &c at Petersburg Va for assignment to duty
