8. That Old Post Office building and lot formerly owned by John Stover situated in the village of Aldie, in Loudon County and State of Virginia, bounded on the East by land of - Zenagee.

Berkley, situated in Loudon County and State of Virginia, containing six hundred (600) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by the road leading from Aldie to Middleburg; on the East by land occupied by Jonah Hood; on the South by land of Charles Berkley.
